How do I browse MonkeyBusiness site:

  1. Browse by category – All our products are organized in different categories, you can find them on the top menu. We recommend starting from our bestsellers category section.
  2. Search - search for products in the search box located on the header - top banner.
  3. Looking for a gift - use our helpful suggestions from the home page wizard, just choose your budget/to whom/for which room.
  4. Browse by designer – you can view our products by their designer, they are listed in the footer menu at the bottom of the site.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Accounts via EFT and PayPal. To protect customers' privacy Monkey Business uses PayPal to process the payments.  You do not need to do any extra work. The checkout process is familiar and industrial standard.

Is it safe to shop on-line at MonkeyBusiness.co.il?

At Monkey Business, we do our best to guarantee your privacy and on-line shopping safety. 

All billing information is processed by PayPal.com, an online bank owned by eBay, considered worldwide as the safest way to pay on the net. 235 million people worldwide use PayPal.

What do I need to checkout via PayPal and/or open a free PayPal account?

You do not have to own a PayPal account to complete you payment, you can only pay with your Credit card , PayPal process the Creditcard clearance for MonkeyBusiness.co.il


How long will it take to process my order?

Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door:

  1. Once you complete your payment, you will receive payment confirmation e-mail from us and we start processing your order.
  2. Processing and packaging - We do our best to process and dispatch goods as swiftly as possible, usually within 2 business days. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we shall contact you via e-mail or phone.
  3. Shipping time – Depends on the shipping method you choose. Registered airmail generally takes 7 to 14 business days, EMS takes about 2 to 5 business days for most destinations.
    The estimated delivery time is quoted by carrier, it may have few days delay during rush season. e.g. Christmas, New Year etc.

Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day so if you are not at home a card will be posted through your door with instructions on what to do next.

Do you accept international orders?

Monkey Business gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates vary depending on the delivery address.

What are the available shipping methods and rates?

Monkey Business offers 2 different shipping methods: 

  1. Post by registered airmail - generally takes 7 to 14 business days for delivery.
  2. EMS - Express delivery by postal  service  - for quicker delivery of shipments.  For most destinations this usually takes 2 to 5 business days .

Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains the carrier tracking number for your order.

How do I trace the order with the tracking number?

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email stating your order tracking reference number. To check the status of your shipment, please follow this link and enter your tracking number in the designated box.

I can not choose Express shipping to my country of destination?

Unfortunately Ems Express does not serve all countries. Regular Airmail Service is used instead. 


My order has shipped. Why am I unable to track my order on the provided link?

Live tracking is only available after the carriers initially scan the package. Between the time the item leaves Monkey Business and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. 

If you need any help please contact us, quoting your order reference and tracking number, and we'll gladly check the status of your order.

Tell me about Taxes and Customs?

Monkey Business sends products from Israel, there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Israeli government.

Customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes at the receiving end.

Monkey Business strongly encourages all customers to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs. Monkey Business is not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in customers' countries.

Do you ship to PO box?

EMS Express mail cannot ship to PO boxes . Registered air mail can.  Please consider this when choosing your shipping method.

If I do not receive my order confirmation email, what should I do?

As soon as your payment has cleared, you should receive an email automatically from our server confirming the order. 

Email software might be blocking Monkey Business emails, thinking (mistakenly!) that our email is spam. Please check your SPAM/JUNK e-mail folders first.

If you still haven't found the email please contact us.

Can I place an order by telephone?

No, but you can contact us with any question.

I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?

Contact us and we will be happy to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

What is your replacement policy? 

All goods that leave our warehouse pass quality control and are in perfect condition. But mistakes can happen, and here at Monkey Business we are committed to your satisfaction. So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from receiving and we shall exchange it or refund you the purchase price. If we determine that the return is due to a defective product or due to an error on our part, we will also refund the delivery charge.

How long does it take to receive your refund/replacement?

Refunds and replacements are treated the same way as that of a new orders - they typically sent within 1-5 working days. Paypal refund can be seen in your account once it is processed. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal.
